智能傳感功能材料國家重點實驗室(以下簡稱智能傳感實驗室)是2015年9月由國家科技部批準(zhǔn)建立的第三批企業(yè)國家重點實驗室。智能傳感實驗室的主要任務(wù)是圍繞智能傳感領(lǐng)域關(guān)鍵材料及應(yīng)用技術(shù)進行攻關(guān),支撐以人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)為標(biāo)志的新一代信息技術(shù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,滿足以智能化為代表的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的迫切需求。
 
 
智能傳感實驗室現(xiàn)擁有功能齊全的材料制備、微加工、材料表征等大型設(shè)備,建設(shè)了高規(guī)格的微納加工平臺。智能傳感實驗室未來將著力打造生物傳感、磁傳感、微能源和氣體傳感研發(fā)團隊,重點發(fā)展在能源、環(huán)境及醫(yī)療健康領(lǐng)域的傳感關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及應(yīng)用研究,F(xiàn)根據(jù)智能傳感實驗室發(fā)展需要,面向海內(nèi)外招聘高水平科技人才。
 
一、招聘方向
 
1、MEMS磁性、氣體、電化學(xué)、生物傳感器的器件設(shè)計、仿真模擬與工藝。
 
2、MEMS傳感器的測試與應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究。
 
3、傳感器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、測試,電路設(shè)計、信號處理等系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。
 
4、微能源器件研究與能源管理技術(shù)。
 
二、招聘崗位
 
(一)領(lǐng)域負責(zé)人
 
1、崗位職責(zé)
 
(1)承擔(dān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展和建設(shè)的重要任務(wù),負責(zé)組織制定領(lǐng)域戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和階段發(fā)展目標(biāo),注重戰(zhàn)略謀劃和前瞻布局;
 
(2)帶領(lǐng)團隊積極爭取并主持承擔(dān)國家重大項目,促進具有重要影響的技術(shù)攻關(guān)和重大科研成果的轉(zhuǎn)化;
 
(3)組織開展國際學(xué)術(shù)交流,擴大本領(lǐng)域的影響力;
 
(4)積極培養(yǎng)青年人才。
 
2、任職要求
 
(1)在MEMS、傳感領(lǐng)域有較深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣或工程技術(shù)開發(fā)能力,具有較高的國際學(xué)術(shù)或行業(yè)影響力;
 
(2)在國內(nèi)外著名高校、國際知名科研機構(gòu)或企業(yè)擔(dān)任教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)的任職經(jīng)歷;
 
(3)年富力強,具有領(lǐng)軍才能和團隊組織能力;
 
(4)入選千人計劃、萬人計劃、長江學(xué)者等人才計劃者優(yōu)先。
 
(二)團隊負責(zé)人
 
1、崗位職責(zé)
 
(1)承擔(dān)具體研究方向的研發(fā)任務(wù),在重要研究項目及課題中發(fā)揮核心作用;
 
(2)爭取和承擔(dān)國家科技任務(wù),取得國內(nèi)外同行認可的科研成果,建設(shè)具有較強創(chuàng)新能力的科研團隊;
 
(3)拓展與市場的技術(shù)對接和成果轉(zhuǎn)化,形成有效的產(chǎn)研結(jié)合的研發(fā)格局;

2、任職要求
 
(1)具有國際化研究視野,在國內(nèi)外高水平學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表過研究成果;
 
(2)在國內(nèi)外著名高校、國際知名科研機構(gòu)或企業(yè)擔(dān)任高級職稱或相當(dāng)職務(wù)的任職經(jīng)歷;
